First, if you've been in the home based business industry for a day or two, then I'm sure you've heard the phrase: Time=Money. By attending an MLM free training webinar that teaches you how to utilize your time more productively and profitably, then your time is well spent because you would just implement what is taught and continue moving forward in your business. Whether the webinar is inside of your MLM company or taught personally by a top figure earner, the information being passed on is valuable to you and your business.

Now I will say that the type of training is completely different because usually your MLM company will teach you how to recruit and chase leads while a top figure earner will teach you how to attract leads and get them to chase you. While both ways work, I personally feel that getting leads to come to you is where you time and money are best invested. With that said, it's best to still attend MLM free training webinars with your MLM company to stay "in the know" on what's going on with the company as a whole. This is something a top figure earner outside of your company is unable to give you.

If the MLM Free Training webinar is good, then imagine what the paid training webinars are like

The second reason I feel that MLM free training webinars aren't a waste of time is because you have to look at the value that is being offered. I truly believe that if you gain a lot of value from the free training webinars, then you'll gain even more value from the paid training webinars. The reason I say that is because typically when you pay for something it's perceived value increases.

Companies and trainers that understand that will put their best foot forward to under promise and over deliver. Otherwise, the refund rate would be extremely high and the reputation of that company or trainer would decrease quickly. I've read free information online and have gotten value from it. I've also seen where it is better than some things I have paid for. However, the majority of the time when I do pay, my expectation is exceeded by the value that is provided and therefore I feel that there has been a return on my investment. This can only be proven by implementing exactly what is taught and actually seeing profitable results.

You have the opportunity to mastermind with experts

The third and final reason I feel that MLM free training webinars are not a waste of time is because you have the ability to mastermind with experts who are successful and are seeing real time results in their business. The failure rate in this industry is very high, so it's best to always surround yourself with people who are either where you want to be or are definitely headed in that direction. The saying that goes, "Success breeds Success" is very true and those who mastermind and implement will see success in the industry. It's not a matter of luck.

There are specific principles that need to be applied and a top figure expert can give you the raw no BS blueprint. I'll say again that I feel that top figure earners who teach nontraditional, yet proven strategies for taking your business to the next level is far more beneficial than the traditional free training you'd likely get from your MLM company. With that said, top figure earners within your company can teach you some tricks of the trade as well, it's just tough to duplicate because everyone in the company has the same website and are using the same traditional methods.

Conclusion

MLM free training webinars only waste your time if you don't gain any value or if you don't implement what is taught. There is a lot of valuable free information out there and it can truly help you take your business to the next level. With that said, it does not undermine the fact that a price has to be paid, whether through fully committing time to growing your business or investing money to help it grow. Whether the training is free or paid, the point is to gain value from it and implement.
